Our Mission

The mission is to increase low cost spay/neuter capacity and to increase public education/ awareness of problems with cat overpopulation.

What we do

The Coalition is not a rescue group, but a program designed to help low income area residents get their pets tested for common diseases, vaccinated and altered at a very low cost.
